51.1. A chartered appraiser who communicates information in accordance with the third paragraph of section 60.4 of the Professional Code (chapter C-26) shall communicate the information immediately and enter in the record the reasons supporting the decision to communicate the information, the content of the communication, the mode of communication and the name of the person to whom the information was communicated.
If the well-being of the person exposed to the danger requires it, the chartered appraiser shall consult the syndic before communicating the information, provided the consultation will not prejudicially delay communication of the information.
